How the Wildz NZ cashier works, method by method
The New Zealand payments page lists eight methods, and the account runs in New Zealand dollars, so a deposit from a kiwi bank card or e-wallet lands without a currency conversion on the Wildz side [1] [2]. Every deposit method starts at NZ$10 and is credited straight away, which is the part of the cashier that rarely causes trouble [1].
| Method | Deposit | Min deposit | Withdrawal | Min withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Skrill | Yes | NZ$10 | Yes | NZ$20 |
| Neteller | Yes | NZ$10 | Yes | NZ$20 |
| MiFinity | Yes | NZ$10 | Yes | NZ$20 |
| Credit cards | Yes | NZ$10 | Yes | NZ$20 |
| Apple Pay | Yes | NZ$10 | Yes | NZ$20 |
| CashtoCode | Yes | NZ$10 | No | — |
| Paysafecard | Yes | NZ$10 | No | — |
| Inpay | No | — | Yes | NZ$50 |
The table hides a trap that the logo strip above it does not show: CashtoCode and Paysafecard take your money but pay nothing back, so anyone who deposits with a voucher needs a second method ready before the first withdrawal [1]. Inpay works the other way round, paying out by bank transfer from NZ$50 while accepting no deposits at all.
On fees the Wildz pages disagree with each other. The help centre says Wildz never charges for payments, while Terms 7.14 keeps the right to apply a withdrawal fee that the cashier shows before you confirm [10] [2]. I would plan as if a fee can appear and read the confirmation screen every time.
How long a Wildz withdrawal takes from New Zealand
Wildz says it processes withdrawals within 24 hours and that the money can then take 2 to 5 business days to reach you [1]. Its help article adds that players outside Europe should expect up to five business days, which is the line that applies to New Zealand [7]. Terms 7.9 sets the outer limit for the decision itself: a request should be approved or denied within three days [2].
Adding the worst published figures gives three days for a decision plus five business days in transit, so a payout requested on a Friday afternoon can realistically arrive in the second week. E-wallets are the exception, because Wildz describes their payout times as near instant once a request is approved [7].
| Condition | What happens |
|---|---|
| Balance under NZ$20 | No method pays it out; Inpay needs NZ$50 [1] |
| Deposit not yet wagered once | It cannot be withdrawn (Terms 8.18) [2] |
| One payment or a 180-day total above NZ$2,000 | Wildz runs extra verification before paying (Terms 5.22) [2] |
| Your bank blocks payouts to a credit card | Customer Support arranges another way [1] |
| A win above NZ$50,000 | Paid in parts of up to NZ$10,000 a day, NZ$25,000 a week or NZ$100,000 a month (Terms 7.11) [2] |
| A bonus is still running | Bonus money cannot be withdrawn; you can drop the bonus and take the real-money balance [5] |
Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with whenever possible, only to an account in your own name, and only through the website, never by email or phone [2]. The Wildz withdrawal steps and verification list walks through each stage.
How the welcome offer reads in the terms, not on the banner
The lobby banner reads “100% bonus up to $1,000 + 200 Free Spins”, but the bonus terms split that sum across two deposits [3] [5]. The first deposit gets a 100% match up to NZ$500 plus 200 free spins, and the second gets 50% up to NZ$500, which is how the total reaches NZ$1,000 [6].
To see what the wagering means in money, take a NZ$50 first deposit: it brings NZ$50 of bonus money, and at 35x you would need to bet NZ$1,750 on pokies before that bonus turns into cash [5]. Table and live games count only half, which Wildz itself describes as 70x, so the same bonus needs NZ$3,500 of blackjack [6]. While a bonus runs, the largest allowed bet is NZ$5 per spin, and unused bonus money can be removed after 60 days.
Two Wildz pages also disagree on the free spins: the bonus terms value each spin at NZ$0.10, while the welcome page says between $0.10 and $0.25 [5] [6]. Count on the lower figure.
How Wildz is licensed and who runs it
Wildz belongs to Granturo Malta Ltd, a Maltese company numbered C 107733, and holds Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/1079/2025, issued on 10 September 2025 [3]. I looked the company up in the MGA register on 4 October 2026: the licence shows as Licensed, covers casino and fixed-odds betting, and names eCOGRA as the dispute service [4].
The same licence covers seven other sites, among them Spinz, Caxino and Wheelz, which matters because Loyalty+ cashback is shared across that group [4] [5]. Wildz states on its NZ page that it does not yet hold a New Zealand online casino licence and that it offers no sports betting here [3]. Player money sits in separate bank accounts under Terms 7.15, and complaints go to complaints@wildz.com with a promised answer within ten days [2].
How Wildz looks from the outside: reviews and the lobby
On Trustpilot the wildz.com profile scored 1.6 from 361 reviews on 4 October 2026, with 59% one-star ratings and replies to 2% of negative reviews [8]. That profile covers every Wildz market, so it says little about New Zealand payouts in particular, but the newest complaints repeat one pattern: payouts paused while more documents are requested.
The home page promises more than 10,000 pokies and over 100 studios; when I scrolled the 21 shelves of the NZ lobby I counted 1,660 distinct games, and the Wildz help centre lists 55 studios [3] [11]. That is still a large library, yet the gap shows why I take numbers from the cashier and terms rather than from the marketing copy. My Wildz casino review from public records covers the complaint themes in more detail.
How to play Wildz on a phone
Wildz runs as a responsive website, so registration, deposits, games and withdrawals all work in the phone browser without installing anything [3]. A search of the New Zealand App Store on 4 October 2026 found no Wildz app [9], and the Wildz casino app page explains how to pin the site to a home screen instead.
Sign-up asks for a mobile number and a PIN by text, then the cashier opens from NZ$10 [3].
